ORDERS

Online orders can be placed online at www.madhuriparson.com. All personalized orders will be confirmed by a sales representative. Please note, that once an order has been placed, we are not able to alter or cancel your order. MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC reserves the right to refuse all sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms and conditions or as otherwise highlighted by MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC. In addition, if an item is out of stock, that style can be made to order with the discretion of MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC. (Please refer to Made to Order).

MADE TO ORDER

Most of the collections are made overseas. Production time can take up to 8 weeks depending on the collection and a 50% deposit will be required in order to begin production on any collection with the exception of customized orders, which will be handled differently. If you need the item sooner, it may be possible to expedite your order, however, an additional fee will apply based on the order. Please directly email info@madhuriparson.com with your order number noting your rush request. If feasible, a sales representative will provide you with the additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly. No order will go into production without full advance payment by the customer and all orders are shipped immediately upon completion.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

One of A Kind/Custom Fine Jewelry:

All one of a kind/custom fine jewelry orders will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to fulfill. The process for all custom orders will generally be as follows:

(i) A one to one appointment will be scheduled with Madhuri Parson, you will meet with her in person or remotely for a complimentary consultation.

(ii) A second meeting will then be scheduled where Madhuri Parson will present you with design sketches. A fee will be included for all sketches, which varies depending on the nature of the custom design requested. Fees will be discussed during your initial meeting and payment will be due prior to delivery of the sketches.

(iii) If you approve of the design and move forward with the order, the initial design deposit will be deducted from the overall price.

(iv) Once committed to the custom order, a 50% deposit will be due to begin production and final payment must be received prior to completion and delivery of the customized piece.   

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with UPS or FedEx Ground shipping. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via FedEx for an additional fee. MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed to international shipments and MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 or your currency equivalent, will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered. If your order is sent back to MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. Lastly, MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Cards, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders. Full advance payment is required by the customer before any order is fulfilled, except for any custom orders where a minimum 50% deposit is required.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. With the designer’s discretion, certain fine jewelry pieces may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and is subject to a 20% stocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Custom pieces cannot be returned.

REPAIRS

Should you wish to make any alterations to your one of a kind/custom fine jewelry order, or require a repair, please email the MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC team at info@madhuriparson.com. Please note that the customer is completely accountable for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment.

SITE INFORMATION & DISCLAIMERS

Our core objective is to present the most current, exact, and consistent information on the website. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not always be complete or current. Therefore, we maintain the right to correct any faults, inexactitudes, or oversights, and to modify and update information at any time without prior notice. This rule also applies even after you have submitted your order. MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC has the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

SITE IMAGERY

MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC provides images of each item on the site and attempts to highlight as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its drawbacks as the actual product may vary slightly in size and color. Moreover, to minimize inconsistencies, measurements of every piece are provided to increase product accuracy.

MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service or the Site. You acknowledge that the Site and the Service contains copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property of MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC. Unless specifically stated otherwise, MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC owns the copyright to the Site, all images on the Site and on all jewelry designs as well as the rights in several trademarks. You agree not to infringe upon MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC’s intellectual property rights in any manner.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE/TERMINATION

MADHURI PARSN STUDIO LLC reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof). You agree that MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC is not responsible to you or to any third party for any amendment, postponement, or suspension of the service. You acknowledge that MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC reserves the right to disable accounts, stop orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the terms or for such other viable reason as determined by MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC.

THIRD PARTY SITES

Your transactions with advocates of MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC or third-party sites found on or through the service are strictly between you and such third-party. MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC has no control over such sites. You must recognize and consent to the fact that MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC is not accountable for the accessibility of such external sites or resources. In addition, MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC does not support nor is responsible or liable for any content, materials, advertising, products, promotions, or any other activities or events highlighted through such third-party. At MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC we strongly recommend that you thoroughly read the applicable terms and privacy policies of any other site you may visit.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU CLEARLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ARTICULATED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE CONTINUOUS, TIMELY, PROTECTED, OR FAULT FREE, (iii) THE SERVICE WILL BE PRECISE OR CONSISTENT, AND (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL ACCESSED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. NO INFORMATION, WHETHER SPOKEN OR WRITTEN, ATTAINED BY YOU FROM MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU CLEARLY COMPREHEND AND AGREE THAT MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OF ANY FUNDS, TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE, LOSS OF EARNINGS, DATA, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES ENSUING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE FAILURE TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE USE OR INVOLVEMENT IN ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OR OTHER SITES; (iii) DECLARATIONS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY YOU MAY ACCESS THROUGH THE SERVICE; OR (iv) ANY OTHER SUBJECT DIRECTLY ASSOCIATED TO THE SERVICE.

INDEMNITY

You consent to release, indemnify, defend, and to hold MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, innocent from any claims, including but not limited to; reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses concerning your breach of the terms and/or any demand made by any third party due to, or arising from, your use of the site or service or your violation of any rights of another.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Terms establish the complete agreement between you and MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC, overriding any other arrangements and/or considerations between you and MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC. The Terms and the rapport between you and MADHURI PARSON STUDIO LLC shall be overseen by the laws of the State of New York and you acquiesce to submit to the private authority of the federal and state courts located in New York, New York. You agree that regardless of any decree to the opposing, any basis of action arising out of or related to your use of the Service or the Terms, must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
